The following terms and conditions apply to Mymeds247.com Free Health Card (the “Free Health Card”) provided by MedinyX Software Solutions Private Limited including its group entities/affiliates and such terms and conditions shall apply to all the Members of Mymeds247.com in addition to our Standard Terms and Conditions. Please carefully go through these terms and conditions along with our Standard Terms and Conditions before you decide to register yourself under the free health card to avail the benefits.

2. About Us:

The domain name Mymeds247.com and all their variants, editions, add-ons, and ancillary Subscription Services or Services, an internet based portal, is owned, operated and run by MedinyX Software Solutions Private Limited , a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having registered office address at S-490 A, Greater Kailash, Part-1, New Delhi- 110048.

3. Scope of Terms and Conditions:

• Mymeds247.com extends its Free Health Card to all its members free of cost and shall be activated once you register yourself with us and shall continue to be valid till you are registered with us as a member. To activate the benefits under free health card, Mymeds247.com shall collect and store your personal information and data as per the terms of Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of these terms and conditions for any reason and at any time, your use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions so modified. Your access to use of the Platform and its benefits under free health card will be solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to add, alter, amend, modify and revise the aforesaid terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice, intimation and permission.
• As a pre-requisite for becoming member, you shall be required to provide us your mandatory information including full name and valid and active Indian mobile number.
• Your registration for free health card constitutes your binding offer to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and any activity in your Member Account including passwords. Should you have the suspicion that your Member Account may have been misused, you agree to inform us of this immediately by emailing at care@mymeds247.com. In case of your negligent breach of this information obligation, you shall be responsible for any person that logs in at our Platform through your authorization details and any activities occurred.
• The free health card is not transferable.
• Benefits and offers available through the free health card may be changed or can be withdrawn/discontinued (either temporarily or permanently) without prior notice, intimation or permission. You agree that we will not be responsible or liable, in any manner, for any liability, losses, damages, injuries or expenses incurred by the Member, arising from such change or withdrawal or use of such offers.
• The free health card cannot be cancelled by the Member and the Member is not eligible for refund and cancellation of the fees whether partial or in full. In exceptional circumstances, the request for cancellation may be considered by the management on case to case basis and the fees may be refunded to the Member upon sole discretion of the management.
• If any Member has any grievance, comment, question or suggestion regarding any of the terms of this free health card, please contact our team through help section available in my account page.
• If any provision of these Terms and conditions is deemed invalid, unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining terms.
• You accept and acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the You as a result of delay or default or deficiency or failure in the Services as a result of any natural disasters, fire, riots, civil disturbances, actions or decrees of governmental bodies, communication line failures(which are not caused due to the fault of MedinyX or its group affiliates or the third party service providers), or any other delay or default or deficiency or failure which arises from causes beyond our reasonable control.
• These Terms and Conditions and any contractual obligation between the Parties will be governed by the laws of India, without reference to the conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to access to, or use of, the Platform or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana. All disputes will be subject to arbitration at Gurugram, Haryana in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by MedinyX under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

4. Description of Benefits:

The benefits under Mymeds247.com Free Health Card shall be offered to you under two segments as defined below. Please note that the benefits may contain features or support that are inter-operational and/or dependent on the third party service providers. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of such benefits and may cease providing them without entitling Client to any refund, credit, or other compensation.

Section: 1 Initial Benefits

This section of the benefits explains the benefits that are available to all the members of Mymeds247.com at no charge which will be activated once you register yourself with us with your mobile number.

As a member, you shall be issued a free health card which shall entitle you to avail below benefits without any charge.

The free health card shall come with below initial benefits as provided by Mymeds247.com from time to time.

• Hospital OPD Discount

  Please contact us and receive our authorization before taking any step or incurring in any expenses. We will not take economic responsibility in case you visit any hospital for OPD without our authorization. Such discounts shall be applicable depending from hospital to hospital. Please contact us for further details.

• Discount on medicine/pharmaceutical order

  Such discounts shall be applicable depending from and product to product. Mymeds247.com shall not be bound to offer any specific or fixed discount percentage or rates to any member under free health card.

Section: 2 Enhanced Benefits

This section of the benefits explains the enhanced benefits that are available to all the members of Mymeds247.com at no charge in addition to Initial Benefits. In order to provide you better experience and additional enhanced benefits under free health card, we may require you to provide more information about yourself. You accept and agree to abide by our Privacy Policy at all times while providing any personal and medical data to us for processing and storage.

The free health card shall come with below enhanced benefits as provided by Mymeds247.com from time to time.

• Personal accident cover

  You shall be entitled for personal accident cover for yourself for accidental death caused due to an accident to provide you financial security subject to maximum coverage of INR 2, 00,000 or as may be prescribed from time to time.

  We offer insurance services to our members through Indian carriers/issuers and we act as facilitators to provide you such services. Please note that we are not insurance company and do not make any recommendation or warranty for quality, functionality or sufficiency of any product or services offered on the Platform. If you wish to avail any services including insurance, you shall do so at your discretion, risk and responsibility.

• Online Telehealth consultations

  You have the benefit to reach out to a doctor without the need to visit a hospital or clinic through chat, call or video call. You can avail personalized solutions for any health problem with prompt online doctor consultation with MyMeds247.com which are time saving, travel saving, economical and confidential. You can avail 4 free telehealth consultations for a duration of 5-7 minutes each under the free health card. The free telehealth consultations under the free health card shall be for general consultation only. Any telehealth consultation for any specialty shall be chargeable on separate basis and shall not be part of this free health card

  You can send in your medical questions and queries for answers or your medical reports for medical opinion to us. This helps you to connect to doctors online from the comfort of your home at your fingertips for answers to your medical concerns.

5. Term and Termination of Free Health Card:

The term of the free health card shall be as mentioned on the free health card. Misuse of free health card or benefits of free health card may result in termination of free health card. In such a case, MyMeds247 holds sole rights to terminate or withdraw some benefits for such members. Disqualification of Free Health Card member arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud and misuse of benefits may result in termination of free health card and will not to be eligible to become a member again.
