Return, Refund and Cancellations Policy

By making a booking with MyMeds247 you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation policy of our products/ services. Our utmost priority is providing high-quality products and services. This Cancellation &Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for products/ services provided by MyMeds247. We recommend that you read the cancellation policy carefully prior to availing our products and services.

Cancellation of Products/ Services

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their products and services at any time directly through MyMeds247 web portal. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed based on the following conditions:

  • Advance Cancellation: If a service request is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service commencement, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
  • Late Cancellation: If a service request is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service commencement, there will be no refund to the customer.

2. Cancellation by MyMeds247

  • MyMeds247 reserves the right to cancel a booked service in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, customers will be entitled to a full refund.

*If the MyMeds247 cancels the Ambulance booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, non-availability of Driver, traffic delays, etc.), MyMeds247 will attempt to reassign another vehicle promptly. If the vehicle not assigned, then MyMeds247 shall cancel a booked service and customers will be entitled to a full refund.

*All product sales are final and we do not offer and accept any returns of the orders, once placed. We shall accept return in exceptional circumstances for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Mode of Payment

  • Payments for all products and services must be made in advance via payment options available on MyMeds247 web portal (e.g., Google Pay, Phone Pay, Paytm, NEFT, card payment, online payment gateway, etc.)
  • EMI options are also available for eligible customers. Please note that EMI cancellation may incur additional changes by the bank, and interest paid on EMI transactions will not be refunded.
  • Booking and purchases will be confirmed only after the payment is received and a confirmed by the payment gateway.
  • In case of technical or banking delay, refund will not be considered unless receipt of the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.

Refund Process

In order to receive a refund, please contact our customer support team. You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by:

After we receive your refund request, our team of professionals will inspect and process your refund. On approval, your refund will be initiated as per the given timelines. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please note discounted services are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer for the transaction. It may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the policies of the payment gateway and the customer’s financial institution.

*Please note In case of payments made through EMI method, you may be charged cancellation charges by the bank over and above the refund amount. Further, the interest paid for EMI payments will not be refunded.

Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact the MyMeds247 support team to resolve the issue promptly. Payment disputes may arise due to billing errors, unauthorized charges, or other discrepencies. Our team will work closely with the customer to investigate the payment dispute and resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
