This medication may be taken with or without food preferably one hour before you travel. Take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. But, before taking it, inform doctor if you are suffering from depression and taking its medicines.

It is effective in relieving pain caused by headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, sore throat, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis, and muscle aches
1-AL Total Syrup is commonly prescribed in children to treat symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever. These symptoms are usually associated with common cold, hay fever (allergic rhinitis), and other respiratory tract conditions.

20mg thrice daily

Avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery as it may decrease alertness. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Chlorpheniramine Maleate, as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness.
1-AL Total Syrup (60ml) may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.
