Aceclonij 100 MG Tablet works by preventing the release of a chemical substance that causes pain and swelling in your body.
Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclo-oxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. After oral administration, aceclofenac is rapidly and completely absorbed as unchanged drug. Peak plasma concentrations are reached approximately 1.25 to 3.00 hours following ingestion.

The risk or severity of gastrointestinal bleeding can be increased when Amoxapine is combined with Aceclofenac. Aceclofenac may decrease the excretion rate of Amoxicillin which could result in a higher serum level. The risk or severity of hypertension can be increased when Amphetamine is combined with Aceclofenac.
Do not chew, crush or break it. Aceclonij 100mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

Along with that, Aceclonij 100mg Tablet can affect kidneys of patients who are above 65 years of age or who remain dehydrated. Therefore, kidney function monitoring is recommended for such patients.
