Acelife Plus 500 mg/15 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on the severity of your condition. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.
Acelife Plus 500 mg/15 mg Tablet is also used to reduce a high temperature (fever). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor.
Paracetamol is readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract with peak plasma concentrations occurring about 30 minutes to 2 hours after ingestion. It is metabolised in the liver (90-95%) and excreted in the urine mainly as the glucuronide and sulphate conjugates. Less than 5% is excreted as unchanged paracetamol.
Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme prescribed in various specialities like surgery, orthopaedics, otorhinolaryngology, gynaecology and dentistry for its anti-inflammatory, anti-edemic and analgesic effects.
Acelife Plus Tablet may increase the side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness and stomach bleeding if taken with alcohol. Hence avoid consuming alcohol while using this medication. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding.

Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase is used for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like headache, mild migraine, musculoskeletal pain or painful menses. Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac , Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase.
Drug-Disease Interactions: DICLOFENAC+PARACETAMOL+SERRATIOPEPTIDASE may have interactions with stomach ulcer or perforation, bleeding problems, bypass surgery, heart attack, blood circulation problems, inflammation of intestines, anaemia, heart, kidney and liver problems.
Do not chew, crush or break it. Acelife Plus 500 mg/15 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Acelife Plus 500 mg/15 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It is better to take it with milk or food to prevent stomach upset.
