Acfast Injection is generally administered by a healthcare professional. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should continue taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor tells you it is okay to stop using it.
Acfast Injection helps to relieve moderate to severe pain in conditions that affect joints and muscles. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It can help relieve pain in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme prescribed in various specialities like surgery, orthopaedics, otorhinolaryngology, gynaecology and dentistry for its anti-inflammatory, anti-edemic and analgesic effects.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Serrapeptase should not be taken along with blood thinners — such as Warfarin and aspirin — other dietary supplements like garlic, fish oil, and turmeric, which may increase your risk of bleeding or bruising ( 13 ). Several side effects have been observed in people taking serrapeptase.

Serrapeptase is used for conditions such as back pain, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis, and for conditions generally associated with pain and swelling (inflammation), but there is no good evidence to support these uses.
Medications that slow blood clotting (Anticoagulant / Antiplatelet drugs) interacts with SERRAPEPTASE. Serrapeptase might decrease blood clotting. Therefore, taking serrapeptase along with medications that also slow clotting might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding.

Acfast Injection helps relieve pain and swelling associated with post-operative wounds and inflammatory diseases.
Stop using Acfast Injection at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery as it may interfere with blood clotting.
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease or problems with your blood clotting mechanism.
