Aciloc D 10 mg/150 mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat acidity-related abdominal pain. It works effectively to reduce abdominal pain, bloating, and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. It also neutralizes excessive acid in the stomach and relieves indigestion or heartburn.

Pharmacokinets

Dicyclomine is 79.5% eliminated in the urine and 8.4% in the feces. The mean plasma elimination half life is approximately 1.8 hours.

Pharmacokinetics: Absorption: Ranitidine Tablets is 50% absorbed after oral administration, compared to an intravenous (IV) injection with mean peak levels of 440 to 545 ng/mL occurring 2 to 3 hours after a 150 mg dose. Absorption is not significantly impaired by the administration of food or antacids.

Contra Indications

DICYCLOMINE+RANITIDINE is contraindicated when taken with a medication used to treat Parkinson's disease (e.g., amantadine), a medication used to treat abnormal heart rhythms (e.g., quinidine), anti-fungal medicines (ketoconazole, itraconazole), a medication used to treat active duodenal ulcers.

Aciloc D 10 mg/150 mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Product And Alcohol Interaction

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aciloc D 10 mg/150 mg Tablet.

Breast Feeding Related Information

Aciloc D 10 mg/150 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

DICYCLOMINE+RANITIDINE is a combination of drug containing dicyclomine (antispasmodic) and Ranitidine (H2 receptor antagonist), primarily taken to get relief from abdominal spasmodic pain. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic, helps treat spasms and pain by relaxing the muscles.

Effects Of Missed Dosage

If you miss a dose of Aciloc D 10 mg/150 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
