Aciz 200mg Tablet SR is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclo-oxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. After oral administration, aceclofenac is rapidly and completely absorbed as unchanged drug. Peak plasma concentrations are reached approximately 1.25 to 3.00 hours following ingestion.

Aciz 200mg Tablet SR belongs to a group of medicines called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The risk or severity of gastrointestinal bleeding can be increased when Amoxapine is combined with Aceclofenac. Aceclofenac may decrease the excretion rate of Amoxicillin which could result in a higher serum level. The risk or severity of hypertension can be increased when Amphetamine is combined with Aceclofenac.
