Adilin 10 Tablet prevents abnormal contractions of uterus muscles and relaxes them. It widens blood vessels to help increase blood flow and improve circulation to the smooth muscles of the uterus. This prevents premature labor and miscarriage.
Isoxsuprine (1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(1-methyl-2-phenoxyethylamino)-1-propanol, CAS 395-28-8) is a peripheral vasodilator that also stimulates beta-adrenergic receptors. It causes a direct relaxation of vascular and uterine smooth muscles and produces positive inotropic and chronotropic effects.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
