INTRODUCTION OF BUDESONIDE
Airtec FB 200 Instacap is a combination of two medicines in one inhaler. It relieves the long-term symptoms of asthma and COPD, making breathing easier. It works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and relaxes the muscles in the airways.
Airtec FB 200 Instacap can be taken with or without food. To get maximum benefit of the medicine, take it regularly and at the fixed time of each day. Do not discontinue taking the medication without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
Airtec FB 200 Instacap may cause few common side effects such as mood changes or stomach upset. Taking Airtec FB 200 Instacap can also make it harder for you to fight off infections. Tell your doctor if you have any signs of infection such as fever or sore throat.
Budesonide is an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) that works by reducing and preventing respiratory tract inflammation, while formoterol is a long-acting beta2-agonist bronchodilator (LABA) that decreases resistance in the respiratory airway and increases airflow to the lungs.
The average terminal elimination half-life of formoterol following inhalation is 7-10 hours, depending on the formulation given. The plasma half-life of formoterol has been estimated to be 3.4 hours following oral administration and 1.7-2.3 hours following inhalation.
Budesonide is a locally-acting glucocorticosteroid with an extensive, primarily hepatic, metabolism after oral administration. It is rapidly absorbed and biotransformed by cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A to metabolites with negligible glucocorticoid activity.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Formoterol
Take the first dose of this medicine under medical supervision as it may cause wheezing or tightening of the airways (bronchospasm) immediately after using.
It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Use your rescue inhaler to control sudden difficulty in breathing.
Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
Gargle with warm water after each inhalation to avoid any fungal infections in your mouth and throat.
Do not stop taking Formoterol suddenly even if you do not currently have any symptoms as that may cause your breathing problems to come back.
Budesonide
Budesonide ‘dampens down’ inflammation in the lungs to provide long-term (maintenance) treatment of asthma and prevent disease progression.
Budesonide will not work for an ongoing asthma attack. Use your rescue inhaler to control sudden difficulty in breathing.
Gargle with warm water after each inhalation to avoid any fungal infections in your mouth and throat.
Take it at the same time every day to prevent asthma attacks.
Never breathe out into the mouthpiece.
Only minuscule amounts of Budesonide may get absorbed into the bloodstream after inhalation. Hence, serious side effects such or weight gain are unlikely.
