ALA plus contains alpha lipoic acid (ALA); betahistine, methylcobalamin, pyridoxine, thiamine. ALA, a naturally occurring fatty acid, is a universal antioxidant and it rejuvenates the antioxidant network. It is soluble in both water and fats and neutralizes the free radicles. Betahistine is an anti-vertigo agent. It increases blood supply to the brain and helps with giddiness. Methylcobalamin, pyridoxine and thiamine are useful for maintaining a healthy nervous system. ALA plus is useful for strengthening the nervous system and combating general vertigo and giddiness.
