Aldase 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective. It is generally safe with little or no side effects. However, if you experience any symptoms which you think are caused by the medicine, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.
Aldase 10 MG Tablet is an enzyme used to reduce pain and swelling associated with conditions like back pain, arthritis, sinusitis, etc. It is responsible for the breakdown of certain proteins in your body. This helps to relieve pain and swelling.
Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme prescribed in various specialities like surgery, orthopaedics, otorhinolaryngology, gynaecology and dentistry for its anti-inflammatory, anti-edemic and analgesic effects.

Serrapeptase should not be taken along with blood thinners — such as Warfarin and aspirin — other dietary supplements like garlic, fish oil, and turmeric, which may increase your risk of bleeding or bruising . Several side effects have been observed in people taking serrapeptase.

Aldase 10mg Tablet helps to relieve moderate to severe pain in conditions that affect joints and muscles. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It can help relieve pain in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Take it as prescribed by the doctor.
Medications that slow blood clotting (Anticoagulant / Antiplatelet drugs) interacts with SERRAPEPTASE. Serrapeptase might decrease blood clotting. Therefore, taking serrapeptase along with medications that also slow clotting might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding.
Do not chew, crush or break it. Aldase 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Aldase 10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Take it 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your doctor.
Stop using Aldase 10mg Tablet at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery as it may interfere with blood clotting.
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease or problems with your blood clotting mechanism.
