This enzyme degrades hyaluronic acid, major constituent of the intestinal barrier. Hyaluronidase lowers the viscosity of acid, there by increasing cell tissue permeability. So it is generally used with the other drugs for more consumption.

Topical: Acne: 5 - 10 % cream or lotion is used for acne. Before applying medicament face should be gently washed with warm water and dry. Apply the medicament 2 times daily.
