Alstat 250mg Injection is a hemostatic medication. It acts by increasing the ability of platelets to stick together and helps in the formation of blood clots. It also helps in controlling bleeding from capillaries which are tiny blood vessels. This injection should be administered under the supervision of a healthcare professional. You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. You should not take it if you have any known allergy to this injection.
Ethamsylate acts on the first step of hemostasis by improving platelet adhesiveness and restoring capillary resistance. Recent studies showed that ethamsylate promotes P-selectin-dependent, platelet adhesive mechanisms. Finally, we compare ethamsylate with other recent hemostatic agents.
