Amluck Cream belongs to a class of anti-fungal medications. It inhibits the enzymes that are essential for fungal growth, thereby killing a wide variety of sensitive fungi.


Pharmacokinets

Amorolfine or amorolfin, is a morpholine antifungal drug that inhibits the fungal enzymes D14 reductase and D7-D8 isomerase. This inhibition affects fungal sterol synthesis pathways, depleting ergosterol and causing ignosterol to accumulate in the fungal cytoplasmic cell membranes.

Amorolfine Nail Lacquer contains the active substance amorolfine (as amorolfine hydrochloride), which belongs to a group of medicines known as antifungals. It kills a wide variety of fungi that can cause nail infections. Amorolfine Nail Lacquer is used to treat fungal infections of the nails.

Interactions

AMOROLFINE may interact with respiratory-related medicines (budesonide, formoterol), drugs treating HIV/AIDS (ritonavir, cobicistat) and corticosteroids.
