Basic Information

Mechanism Of Action

Aneudox 12 Forte Injection is a combination of four nutritional supplements: Thiamine(Vitamin B1), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Vitamin B2 and Nicotinamide which replenish the body's stores of important nutrients.

Pharmacokinets

The mechanism of how thiamine is absorbed has been somewhat controversial. One group of researchers concluded that thiamine is only absorbed by a saturable active transport mechanism in the proximal small intestine; however other researchers have shown that thiamine is also absorbed by a passive process.vitamin B6 differ fundamentally, depending from the route of administration. The rate constants of elimination of B6-metabolites indicate a tendency of accumulation. Pyridoxine is rapidly metabolized in erythrocytes. The maximal amount of riboflavin that can be absorbed from a single dose was 27 mg per adult. Half-life of absorption was 1.1 h. First-order rate constants describing distribution and elimination of riboflavin were significantly higher after intravenous than after oral administration (P < 0.01).Nicotinamide, the amide form of vitamin B3 (niacin), has long been associated with neuronal development, survival, and function in the central nervous system (CNS), being implicated in both neuronal death and neuroprotection.
