Angenec Plus 250 mg/50 mg/325 mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.
Using this medicine can cause some common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and dryness in the mouth. This medication helps in relieving muscle pain. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant which works by acting on the central nervous system. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by lowering the chemical substance (prostaglandins) in the body that causes pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol is extensively metabolised (predominantly in the liver), the major metabolites being the sulphate and glucuronide conjugates.

Chlorzoxazone + Diclofenac + Paracetamol is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone ) and two pain relieving medicines ( Diclofenac and Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving movement of muscles.
CHLORZOXAZONE+DICLOFENAC+PARACETAMOL may cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Most of the side effects of CHLORZOXAZONE+DICLOFENAC+PARACETAMOL are drowsiness, constipation, diarrhoea, stomach upset, slight discolouration of urine, and ringing or buzzing sounds in the ears.

If you miss a dose of Angenec Plus 250 mg/50 mg/325 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
