Mechanism Of Action

Platelets are components of the blood that stick together to form a blood clot. Antiban Asp Capsule inhibits the enzymes responsible for the platelet aggregation and prevents the platelets to stick to. This maintains a smooth blood flow in the blood vessels

Pharmacokinets

After a single, oral dose of 75 mg, clopidogrel has a half-life of approximately 6 hours. The elimination half-life of the inactive acid metabolite was 8 hours after single and repeated administration. Covalent binding to platelets accounted for 2% of radiolabel with a half-life of 11 days.

Side Effects

Antiban 75 MG Tablet may cause some side effects such as headache, dizziness, tiredness, taste change and stomach discomfort. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it. If you feel dizzy or tired, avoid driving vehicles or operating machines.
