Apraize 30 Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and do not stop taking the medicine even if you get better until that doctor tells you it is alright to stop. You may need to monitor your weight regularly while taking the medicine as it may cause weight loss.

Apraize 30 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation associated with psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis, and thereby reduces the signs and symptoms of these conditions.


Pharmacokinets

Apremilast is a small-molecule inhibitor of PDE4, an enzyme that breaks down cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). In inflammatory cells, PDE4 is the dominant enzyme responsible for this reaction.

Effects Of Missed Dosage

If you miss a dose of Apraize 30 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
