Artiflex Plus 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.
Using this medicine may cause common side effects such as nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, weakness, dizziness, and sleepiness. If you experienced any such side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent them.
The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.
Ibuprofen+Paracetamol+Chlorzoxazone is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone. This medication helps in relieving muscle pain. It works by relaxing the muscles by acting upon the central nervous system and lowering chemical substance in the body which causes muscle pain.
Pharmacokinetics. After oral administration, peak serum concentration is reached after 1–2 hours, and up to 99% of the drug is bound to plasma proteins. The majority of ibuprofen is metabolized and eliminated within 24 hours in the urine; however, 1% of the unchanged drug is removed through biliary excretion.
It distributes rapidly and evenly throughout most tissues and fluids and has a volume of distribution of approximately 0.9L/kg. 10 to 20% of the drug is bound to red blood cells. Paracetamol is extensively metabolised (predominantly in the liver), the major metabolites being the sulphate and glucuronide conjugates.

Its use should also be avoided in patients with history of heart failure, high blood pressure, stomach ulcer and kidney/liver disease.
Artiflex Plus 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Artiflex Plus 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet.

CHLORZOXAZONE+IBUPROFEN+PARACETAMOL is used in the reduction of musculoskeletal pain and muscle spasm due to tissue injury, resolution of post surgery inflammation and oedema (swollen tissue with fluid).
Like all medicines, CHLORZOXAZONE+IBUPROFEN+PARACETAMOL may cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, drowsiness, dizziness, heartburn, stomach pain and restlessness are a few common side effects of CHLORZOXAZONE+IBUPROFEN+PARACETAMOL.
Do not chew, crush or break it. Artiflex Plus 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

If you miss a dose of Artiflex Plus 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Yes, the use of Artiflex Plus 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. In case of vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to a doctor.

Yes, the use of Artiflex Plus 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
