Asiflexp 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Asiflexp (500/100 mg) Tablet is a combination of two medicines where Paracetamol increases the ability to tolerate pain thereby reducing pain and swelling. Aceclofenac works by reducing the formation of certain substances in your body that causes pain and swelling.

It distributes rapidly and evenly throughout most tissues and fluids and has a volume of distribution of approximately 0.9L/kg. 10 to 20% of the drug is bound to red blood cells. Paracetamol is extensively metabolised (predominantly in the liver), the major metabolites being the sulphate and glucuronide conjugates.

Interactions

Drug-Drug Interaction: ACECLOFENAC+PARACETAMOL interact with cholesterol lowering drugs (cholestyramine), charcoal, medicine to stop vomiting (domperidone, metochlopramide), alcohol, anti HIV drug (zidovudine), blood thinner (warfarin), blood pressure lowering medicine, anti cancer or anti arthritis drug (methotrexate)

Effects Of Missed Dosage

If you miss a dose of Asiflexp 100 mg/500 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
