Prolonged intake of DOMPERIDONE+PARACETAMOL may be associated with an increased risk of heart rhythm disorder (arrhythmia) and cardiac arrest (heart attack). This risk may be more likely in the elderly (those over 60 years old) or taking a higher dose.
