Audisol Ear Drop is a prescription medicine used to treat infections of the ear. Treating the infection reduces pain and swelling in the ear. It also softens the wax and helps remove hard wax from the ear.
If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Audisol Ear Drops may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Audisol Ear Drops may interact with the following drugs and products:
Aminosalicylic acid
Sulfonamides

If you miss a dose of Audisol Ear Drop, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

Audisol Ear Drop is used to soften ear wax and to ease pain, swelling associated with ear infections.
The best time to use this medicine is before you go to bed.
Put drops in the ear without touching the dropper to the ear. Stay on the side for 2 minutes or put a cotton plug in the ear.
To make sure that the right amount of medication is given, and to avoid touching the ear with the dropper, have another person give the drops if possible.
Never put cotton bud or anything else in your ear to try and clear the wax yourself.
Make sure not to use the open bottle more than 4 weeks.
