However, it is best to give this medicine to your child after meals as this will prevent the chance of developing an upset stomach. Avoid giving more than the recommended dose for fast relief as that may cause unwanted effects in your child. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, give the same dose again but do skip it if it's time for the next dose.
Auronim 50 MG Tablet decreases the severity of pain signals to the brain. It also stops the release of chemicals called prostaglandins, that increase pain, and body temperature.
Nimesulide is rapidly distributed and has an apparent volume of distribution ranging between 0.18 and 0.39 L/kg. It is extensively bound to albumin; the unbound fraction in plasma was 1%. The unbound fraction increased to 2 and 4% in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency.
Auronim 50mg Tablet MD does not pose serious side effects and is well-tolerated by children. In case the side effects do occur, they’re likely to subside once the body adapts to the medicine.
