B-Active provides activated forms of vitamins B2, B6 and B12, with the addition of benfotiamine, a fat-soluble and physiologically active form of thiamin. The addition of PABA, vitamin C, and therapeutic doses of B-12 (800 mcg methylcobalamin vs the typical 400 mcg or less in other supplements) and B-6 (25 mg pyridoxal-5’-phosphate vs 20 mg or less in other supplements) make this a powerful and comprehensive activated B-complex.
