Serratiopeptidase alleviates pain by inhibiting the release of bradykinin from inflamed tissues. It also acts by breaking down fibrin and other dead or damaged tissue, thus dissolving blood clots and atherosclerotic plaques.
pharmacokinets :- Anti-inflammatory: Serratiopeptidase acts as an anti-inflammatory agent by regulating inflammatory cytokines and hence the onset of chronic inflammation. It significantly modifies cell adhesion molecules that guide inflammatory cells to the sites of inflammation.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
