Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup comprises two active ingredients: Nimesulide and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Pharmacokinets

Nimesulide is rapidly distributed and has an apparent volume of distribution ranging between 0.18 and 0.39 L/kg. It is extensively bound to albumin; the unbound fraction in plasma was 1%. The unbound fraction increased to 2 and 4% in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency,Paracetamol is readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract with peak plasma concentrations occurring about 30 minutes to 2 hours after ingestion. It is metabolised in the liver (90-95%) and excreted in the urine mainly as the glucuronide and sulphate conjugates. Less than 5% is excreted as unchanged paracetamol.

3 months to 6 months: 2.5ml of infant Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup, given up to four times per day. 6 months to 24 months: 5ml of infant Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup, given up to four times a day. 2 years to 4 years: 7.5ml of infant Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup, given up to four times a day

Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup is a combination of two medicines that belong to a group of medicines called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is used for short term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect joints and muscles

Interactions

Taking together may lead to drowsiness and dizziness and sleepiness. Drug-Disease Interaction: Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup should not recommend for people having bleeding disorders, like haemophilia, von Willebrand disease, or low blood platelets.

Effects Of Missed Dosage
