Basic Information

Mechanism Of Action

Beplex Plus Injection is a combination of six various forms of vitamin supplements: Thiamine(Vitamin B1), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Cyanocobalamin, Vitamin B2, Nicotinamide, and D-Panthenol. Altogether they provide essential nutrients for the proper functioning of organs and adequate growth of the body.

Pharmacokinets

Thiamine requirements are related to energy metabolism; specifically, 0.33 mg of thiamine are required for every 4400 kJ of energy. For adults the DRI of thiamine is between 1.1 and 1.4 mg per day. The primary active form of the vitamin, thiamine diphosphate (ThDP), is also known as thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP).vitamin B6 differ fundamentally, depending from the route of administration. The rate constants of elimination of B6-metabolites indicate a tendency of accumulation. Pyridoxine is rapidly metabolized in erythrocytes.Cyanocobalamin is the most stable and widely used form of vitamin B12, and has hematopoietic activity apparently identical to that of the antianemia factor in purified liver extract. The information below, describing the clinical pharmacology of cyanocobalamin, has been derived from studies with injectable vitamin B12.The maximal amount of riboflavin that can be absorbed from a single dose was 27 mg per adult. Half-life of absorption was 1.1 h. First-order rate constants describing distribution and elimination of riboflavin were significantly higher after intravenous than after oral administration (P < 0.01).Nicotinamide replenishes cellular energy as it is a precursor of NAD and NADP. Secondly, it prevents overactivation of PARP-1 by negative feedback, thus preventing cell senescence.Panthenol is well absorbed into the skin and quickly converted into Pantothenic acid by oxidation. Pantothenic acid is distributed into the cells and is converted to Acetyl Coenzyme-A (Acetyl CoA) in the cells of the epidermis.
