Betsonir CG Cream is a combination medicine that is used to treat various types of skin infections. It minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. It also has antimicrobial action against infection-causing microorganisms.
Beclomethasone: Rapidly absorbed from pulmonary, nasal, and GI tissue. Undergoes extensive first-pass metabolism in the liver. Protein binding: 87%. Primarily eliminated in feces. After vaginal treatment with clotrimazole, the small fraction absorbed into the systemic circulation--between 3% and 10% of the dose--is subjected to metabolism and excretion as after oral or intravenous administration. The vaginal availability of clotrimazole is largely dependent on the formulation applied. The dosage of gentamicin necessary to produce mean peak serum concentrations between 4 mug/ml and 6 mug/ml was 60 mg/m2 per dose for all age groups or 2.5 mg/kg per dose for ages one-half to five years, 2.0 mg/kg per dose for ages five to 10 years, and 1.5 mg/kg per dose for ages greater than 10 years.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
