Bigspas 50mg Injection is given by your doctor or nurse. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
Bigspas 50mg Injection is an anticholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
Camylofin is an antimuscarinic drug. Camylofin is a smooth muscle relaxant with both anticholinergic action as well as direct smooth muscle action. Anticholinergic action is produced by inhibiting the binding of acetylcholine to muscarinic receptors, but the action is less pronounced.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Camylofin is used for the treatment of a migraine, pancreatitis (pancreas inflammation), dysmenorrhea (painful periods, or menstrual cramps), spasm pain, inflammation, biliary colic (when a gallstone temporarily blocks the bile duct) or renal colic (abdominal pain caused by kidney stones).
CAMYLOFIN interact with antidepressant medicines (Amantadine), blood thinner (warfarin), anti-cancer or anti-arthritis drug (methotrexate), medicines for treating tuberculosis (isoniazid and rifampicin) may lead to drug toxicity or affect the working of CAMYLOFIN.
