Bilif 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably in the morning. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Aripiprazole accumulation is predictable from single-dose pharmacokinetics. At steady state, the pharmacokinetics of aripiprazole are dose-proportional. Elimination of aripiprazole is mainly through hepatic metabolism involving two P450 isozymes, CYP2D6 and CYP3A4.

Aripiprazole is indicated for manic and mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder, irritability associated with autism spectrum disorder, treatment of schizophrenia, treatment of Tourette's disorder, and as an adjunctive treatment of major depressive disorder Label.

Interactions

If you have diabetes, abnormal blood pressure, high cholesterol, fits, involuntary muscle movements especially in the face, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), blood clots, history of stroke or heart attack, liver or kidney problems, inform your doctor before taking ARIPIPRAZOLE.
