Bioclin SG Dental Gel should be used as directed by your doctor and use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Apply it only in the mouth with clean hands. Do not use it more than the recommended dose.
Bioclin SG Dental Gel is a combination of two medicines: Choline Salicylate and Lidocaine. Choline Salicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Choline Salicylate is the choline salt of salicylic acid, used as an analgesic, antipyretic and antirheumatic. It relieves mild to moderate pain and reduce fever and inflammation or swelling. Choline salicylate is effective in the treatment of gout, rheumatic fever, rheumatoid arthritis and muscle injuries. Lignocaine is eliminated primarily by hepatic metabolism, which appears to be limited by liver perfusion. Active metabolites may contribute to therapeutic and/or toxic effects. Disease states such as cardiac failure or drugs that alter hepatic blood flow may significantly affect lignocaine clearance.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Do not use CHOLINE SALICYLATE+LIGNOCAINE if you are allergic to any of its contents. Consult your doctor before using CHOLINE SALICYLATE+LIGNOCAINE if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use CHOLINE SALICYLATE+LIGNOCAINE in more than prescribed doses, or on a large area of skin for a longer duration. Do not use CHOLINE SALICYLATE+LIGNOCAINE for treating children's mouth ulcers unless prescribed by the doctor. Consult your doctor if your condition does not improve despite using CHOLINE SALICYLATE+LIGNOCAINE for 2weeks. Keep your doctor informed about all the medicines you are taking and your health condition before taking CHOLINE SALICYLATE+LIGNOCAINE to rule out any side-effects.

Apply it over the affected area with a clean fingertip, three to four times a day or as directed by your doctor. Stop using this medicine and inform your doctor if any irritation occurs.
CHOLINE SALICYLATE+LIGNOCAINE may have interactions with teething pain, seizures, gastrointestinal toxicity, anaemia, coagulation, heart, kidney, and liver problems.
Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Bioclin SG Dental Gel, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

Keep this medicine in the container it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.
