Bioran Rapid 50mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It should be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease or stroke.The most common side effects of this medicine include edema, nausea, headache, dizziness, vomiting, constipation, itching, flatulence, pain in extremity, and indigestion. Your doctor may also regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment. Long-term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems.
Bioran Rapid 50mg Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Diclofenac binds extensively to plasma albumin. The area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) of diclofenac is proportional to the dose for oral doses between 25 to 150 mg. Substantial concentrations of drug are attained in synovial fluid, which is the proposed site of action for NSAIDs.

If you miss a dose of Bioran Rapid 50mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Hence, for such patients kidney function monitoring is recommended.

These problems may happen without warning symptoms at any time during treatment and may even cause death. Therefore, if you encounter any such problems, consult your doctor immediately.

You should not take Bioran Rapid 50mg Tablet during the last 3 months of pregnancy as it may cause harmful effects on your baby. Use of Bioran Rapid 50mg Tablet can also lead to reduced labor (premature delivery). Hence, it is advised to avoid using Bioran Rapid 50mg Tablet during the first 6 months of pregnancy also.
