Bolstran 150mg Injection is given as an injection under the supervision of a doctor. The first three dose of medicine is given by the doctor. Your doctor will explain to you the best way to inject the medicine so that you can inject your medicine at home. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you even if you feel better.
Bolstran 150mg Injection is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to proteins (immunoglobulin E) which have a key role in causing asthma.
The pharmacokinetics of omalizumab was linear at doses which were higher than 0.5 mg/kg. In patients with asthma, after several doses of omalizumab, areas under the serum concentration-time curve from Day 0 to Day 14 at steady state were up to 6-fold of those after one dose.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
