Bozetan 125mg Tablet should be taken with or without food. This medicine should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Bozetan 125mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs.
The pharmacokinetics of bosentan are dose-proportional up to 600 mg (single dose) and 500 mg/day (multiple doses). The pharmacokinetics of bosentan in paediatric PAH patients are comparable to those in healthy subjects, whereas adult PAH patients show a 2-fold increased exposure.

Bosentan is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH, high blood pressure in the vessels that carry blood to the lungs) in adults and children 3 years of age and older. Bosentan may improve the ability to exercise and slow the worsening of symptoms in patients with PAH.
