Bral 500mg Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Metamizole is a prodrug that is rapidly transformed into the main metabolite 4-methylaminoantipyrine (4-MAA) after oral and intravenous administration. 4-MAA is subsequently metabolized to 4-formylaminoantipyrine (4-FAA) and 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AA), which are acetylated to 4-acetylaminoantipyrine (4-AAA) [11].

Do not chew, crush or break it. Bral 500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

If you miss a dose of Bral 500mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
