Bravelle 75I. U Injection works by stimulating the release of estrogen which helps in the growth and development of the egg before release. It also helps to develop more follicles (eggs) in women undergoing assisted reproductive technology procedures.

Urofollitropin is a form of purified human follicle stimulating hormone used to treat infertility in females by inducing follicle development in women without primary ovarian failure. Urofollitropin is a urinary-derived follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) that is extracted and purified from human urine samples.

Indications

Urofollitropin given in a sequential manner are indicated for the stimulation of follicular recruitment and development and the induction of ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility, who have failed to respond or conceive following adequate clomiphene citrate therapy.

Interactions

If you have hyperprolactinemia (high levels of prolactin hormone), tumours of the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, uterus, breasts or ovaries, underactive adrenal or thyroid glands, vaginal bleeding, uterus fibroids, blood clots, early menopause, malformations of sexual organs, cysts on ovaries or enlarged ovaries, inform your doctor before taking UROFOLLITROPIN.
