Broadiclox LB Kid 125 mg/125 mg/NA Tablet is a prescription medicine. It is advised to take it as per the prescription. It can be taken with or without food, but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The course of the treatment must be completed even if you feel better. Sudden discontinuation of the treatment may affect the potency of the medicine.
Broadiclox LB Kid 125 mg/125 mg/NA Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ampicillin, Cloxacillin, and Lactobacillus. Ampicillin and Cloxacillin are antibiotics which work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering that is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively. Lactobacillus is a live microorganism which restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.
Ampicillin is well-absorbed from the GI tract (though food reduces its absorption), and reaches peak concentrations in one to two hours. The bioavailability is around 62% for parenteral routes. Unlike other penicillins, which usually bind 60–90% to plasma proteins, ampicillin binds to only 15–20%.Cloxacillin is an antibiotic agent used for the treatment of beta-hemolytic streptococcal and pneumococcal infections as well as staphylococcal infections. A semi-synthetic penicillin antibiotic which is a chlorinated derivative of oxacillin.Lactobacillus species are probiotics ("good" bacteria) normally found in human digestive and urinary tracts. They can be consumed for diarrhea and "gut health." "Good" bacteria such as Lactobacillus can help the body break down food, absorb nutrients, and fight off "bad" organisms that might cause diseases.

If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Broadiclox LB Kid 125 mg/125 mg/NA Tablet may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Broadiclox LB Kid 125 mg/125 mg/NA Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products:
Allopurinol
Antibiotic drugs
Immunosuppressants
Probenecid
Duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Broadiclox LB Kid 125 mg/125 mg/NA Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Broadiclox LB Kid 125 mg/125 mg/NA Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.
Discontinue Broadiclox LB Kid 125 mg/125 mg/NA Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.
It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and a healthy diet while taking the medicine.
It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how the medicine affects you.
Avoid consuming alcohol while taking medication as it may cause increased side effects.
