Brumol A (500/100 mg) Tablet shows some side effects like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and diarrhoea. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive vehicles or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it.Brumol A (500/100 mg) Tablet can be taken with food, milk, or an antacid to avoid stomach irritation. For the ease of remembering, take it at around the same time every day. Brumol A (500/100 mg) Tablet relieves pain and swelling due to arthritic conditions but does not cure it.
