Bublex Capsule prevents the formation and accumulation of gas. It also facilitates the passage of gas and allows patients to excrete a greater volume of gas thereby reduces uncomfortable or painful pressure in the stomach and intestines.

Simethicone decreases the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, facilitating their expulsion. 2 It has a short duration of action as it is generally given as needed, and a wide therapeutic index as it is not systemically absorbed.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Upset stomach

General Information. Simethicone is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to simethicone or any component of the inactive ingredients.
Breast-feeding. Studies have not been conducted to determine if simethicone is excreted in human milk.
Pregnancy.
Phenylketonuria.
Bublex Capsule is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Bublex Capsule. Please consult your doctor.
Bublex Capsule is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
