It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly. The course of the treatment should be completed to ensure better efficacy of the medicine. If your condition does not improve or gets worse, you should talk to your doctor.
C Win Shampoo is a combination of two antifungal medicines: Ciclopirox and Zinc pyrithione which treat dandruff. These medicines work by stopping the growth of fungi that cause dandruff by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.
As demonstrated in pharmacokinetic studies in animals and man, ciclopirox olamine is rapidly absorbed after oral administration and completely eliminated in all species via feces and urine. Most of the compound is excreted either unchanged or as glucuronide.,Pyrithione zinc is commonly found as an active ingredient in OTC antidandruff topical treatments such as shampoos. It mediates its action by increasing the cellular levels of copper, and damaging iron-sulfur clusters of proteins essential for fungal metabolism and growth 1.

CICLOPIROX+ZINC PYRITHIONE may interact with steroids such as (beclometasone, budesonide, fluticasone, mometasone, triamcinolone), oral medications to treat fungal infections such as (fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, terbinafine, voriconazole) medications for seizures.

If you miss a dose of C Win Shampoo, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Consult a doctor before taking any medicines.
C Win Shampoo is used for the treatment and prevention of dandruff.
Leave the shampoo on for three to five minutes before rinsing.
Take care to avoid getting it in your eyes. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Stop using C Win Shampoo and inform your doctor if you notice any irritation or any other skin infection.
Your usual shampoo can be used as necessary between treatment with this medicine.
