Calbloc 10mg Tablet may be prescribed alone or along with other medicines. The dose and how often you need it will be decided by your doctor so that you get the right amount to treat your condition. Calbloc 10mg Capsule works by relaxing the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. This lowers your blood pressure and reduces your risk of having a stroke, a heart attack, or kidney problems in the future.
Nifedipine is almost completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract as shown by plasma levels after sublingual, oral, and rectal administration. Because of presystemic metabolism, the bioavailability is about 56% to 77%.
