Clomiphene works by stimulating the production of hormones that are responsible for the ovulation process. Ubiquinone is an antioxidant that protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility.
Most clomifene metabolism occurs in the liver, where it undergoes enterohepatic recirculation. Clomifene and its metabolites are excreted primarily through feces (42%), and excretion can occur up to 6 weeks after discontinuation,Plasma CoQ10 levels start to increase 1–2 h after oral intake, with maximum concentration occurring within 6–8 h and with a half-life that may reach 34 h [17]. CoQ10 is mainly absorbed in the small bowel and is then transported to the liver, forming the lipoprotein complex [18].
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
