Ceemox 250mg/250mg Capsule is a prescription medicine. It is advised to take it as per the prescription. It can be taken with or without food, but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The course of the treatment must be completed even if you feel better. Sudden discontinuation of the treatment may affect the potency of the medicine.
Ceemox 250mg/250mg Capsule is a combination of two antibiotics: Amoxycillin and Cloxacillin. These antibiotics work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
The half-life of amoxicillin is 61.3 minutes. Approximately 60% of an orally administered dose of amoxicillin is excreted in the urine within 6 to 8 hours. Detectable serum levels are observed up to 8 hours after an orally administered dose of amoxicillin,Cloxacillin is an antibiotic agent used for the treatment of beta-hemolytic streptococcal and pneumococcal infections as well as staphylococcal infections. A semi-synthetic penicillin antibiotic which is a chlorinated derivative of oxacillin.

Ceemox 250mg/250mg Capsule is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

AMOXICILLIN+CLOXACILLIN is generally prescribed for the prevention of pneumonia, upper respiratory tract infections, skin and structure infection, urinary tract infection, dental infections, joint and bone infections.
AMOXICILLIN+CLOXACILLIN should not be given with gout medicine (allopurinol), and bacteriostatic drugs which prevent the growth of bacteria (chloramphenicol, erythromycin, and tetracyclines).
Do not chew, crush or break it. Ceemox 250mg/250mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

If you miss a dose of Ceemox 250mg/250mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
