Cefbact S 250 mg/125 mg Injection contains two different medicines, Ceftriaxone and Sulbactum, that work together to kill the bacteria that cause infections. Ceftriaxone works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Sulbactam reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Ceftriaxone against bacteria.

If you are allergic to ceftriaxone, sulbactam or any of the ingredients of Cefbact S Injection. If you are allergic to cephalosporins, penicillins, monobactams or carbapenems.
Cefbact S 250 mg/125 mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects on the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies
Consuming alcohol with Cefbact S 250 mg/125 mg Injection does not cause any harmful side effects.
Use with caution
Cefbact S 250 mg/125 mg Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Cefbact-S 1.5gm Injection is used to treat bacterial infections. It contains Ceftriaxone and Sulbactam. Ceftriaxone reduces the infection by inhibiting bacterial growth. It disrupts the formation of the cell wall (outer layer), which is essential for bacteria's survival.
5 mg once daily. Maximum dose: 10mg/day Prinzmetal`s angina and Stable angina: 5 to 10mg once daily. Hypertension: 2.5 to 5mg once daily. Dose may increase up to 10mg once daily as required by the individual needs. .
