It is given as a drip (intravenous infusion) or as an injection directly into a vein or a muscle under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Your doctor will decide the correct dose for you. You should use this medicine regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening.
Cefantral 125 MG Injection works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell walls.
The pharmacokinetics of cefotaxime after intramuscular injection and intravenous infusion were determined. The mean peak serum level after the 500-mg intramuscular dose was 11.7 micrograms/ml, and it was 20.5 micrograms/ml after a 1,000-mg dose. The serum half-life was 1.2 and 1.3 h, respectively for the two doses

Avoid prolonged use of Cefentral 125mg Injection, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea
Lactation: Contraindicated. Since Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase contraindicated in lactation, the combination cannot be used in lactation

colitis.
renal dysfunction.

liver disease.
seizure disorders.
5 mg once daily. Maximum dose: 10mg/day Prinzmetal`s angina and Stable angina: 5 to 10mg once daily. Hypertension: 2.5 to 5mg once daily. Dose may increase up to 10mg once daily as required by the individual needs. .
