Using it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. Cefic 100 Tablet DT is an antibiotic medicine that works by killing the infection-causing bacteria in your body. It is effective for bacterial infections of the lungs, throat, and urinary tract among others.
Protein binding is 70 per cent. Cefixime is cleared, mainly unchanged, partly by the liver (60 per cent) and partly by the kidneys (40 per cent). The elimination half-life varies between 3 and 4 hours. Plasma concentrations increase linearly but not proportionally to doses.
Cefic 100 Tablet DT does not pose serious side effects and is well-tolerated by children. In case the side effects do occur, they’re likely to subside once the body adapts to the medicine. Products that may interact with this drug include: "blood thinners" (such as warfarin). This medication may cause false positive results with certain diabetic urine testing products (cupric sulfate-type). This drug may also affect the results of certain lab tests.
Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Cefic 100 Tablet DT may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

If you miss a dose of Cefic 100 Tablet DT, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
