Ceftas AL 100 mg/30 mg/40 Millioncells Tablet is a prescription medicine. It is advised to take it as per the prescription. It can be taken with or without food, but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The course of the treatment must be completed even if you feel better. Sudden discontinuation of the treatment may affect the potency of the medicine.
Cefixime + Ambroxol + Lactobacillus is a combination of three medicines: Cefixime , Ambroxol and Lactobacillus. Cefixime is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering which is required for their survival in the human body
Protein binding is 70 per cent. Cefixime is cleared, mainly unchanged, partly by the liver (60 per cent) and partly by the kidneys (40 per cent). The elimination half-life varies between 3 and 4 hours. Plasma concentrations increase linearly but not proportionally to doses.

Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Cefixime + Ambroxol + Lactobacillus can cause drowsiness and sleepiness. Avoid alcohol consumption as it may cause excessive drowsiness

If you miss a dose of Ceftas AL 100 mg/30 mg/40 Millioncells Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Inform your doctor if you don't feel better after finishing the full course of treatment. Also, inform him if your symptoms are getting worse while using this medicine.
