The mode of action of aceclofenac is largely based on the inhibition to prostaglandin synthesis. Aceclofenac film-coated tablets are indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Aceclofenac film-coated tablets are supplied for oral administration and should be swallowed whole with a sufficient quantity of liquid.
The risk or severity of gastrointestinal bleeding can be increased when Amoxapine is combined with Aceclofenac. Aceclofenac may decrease the excretion rate of Amoxicillin which could result in a higher serum level. The risk or severity of hypertension can be increased when Amphetamine is combined with Aceclofenac.
