Chemoflura 250mg Injection is given as injection under the supervision of doctor.  Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. Mechanism Of Action

Fluorouracil blocks an enzyme which converts the cytosine nucleotide into the deoxy derivative. In addition, DNA synthesis is further inhibited because Fluorouracil blocks the incorporation of the thymidine nucleotide into the DNA strand

Fluorouracil is a pro-drug that requires intracellular activation to exert its effects. This makes it difficult to associate blood drug concentration with cell toxicity directly, although data from the literature show the existence of such a relationship
